Easter

Our morning started with these.

Yes, those are fish!  Mom and Dad put fish in our Easter baskets!  We love them!

Olivia and Clare were singing while we got ready for church.

At church we had the best Easter service ever.  The Pastor built this cross while he taught.  It was amazing and such a powerful reminder of what Christ did when He gave up His life for me.

Mom has to have a ton of pictures on holidays so here we go...

Easter Traditions - Saturday



Saturday Morning

Olivia gets the dye ready.

Dad makes breakfast.

Mom gets our clothes ready.  (She has color coordinated us every Easter for 17 years!)

Saturday afternoon

We color eggs.  A lot of eggs!  There's a hunt at our house tomorrow.

Dad and Olivia decorate the Easter Egg tree.

Olivia makes our Bunny Cake.

Saturday night

We read Journey to the Cross, then,  after the younger kids go to bed we watch The Passion of the Christ.  We watch it every year on the night before Easter.  It isn't easy to watch but we need the reminder.
