My youngest brother Eli is now 9 years old!
For his birthday he wanted to go to Pump It Up,  so that's what we did.  On Friday we went out to lunch to Burger King, and then headed over to Pump It Up and played for a good 3 hours.  Eli and the whole family had a blast!

One of the best parts was that Dad got to play with us!

Ethan had soccer practice that night so Eli went with Dad and Ethan to soccer.  He wanted to have homemade pizza for his dinner so while he was gone mom and I made a couple of pizzas. We also decorated the kitchen with Star Wars stuff.

He wanted a chocolate Star Wars Cake so my Mom made him one.
She did a great job.  It tasted even better than it looks!
After pizza and cake, he opened his presents.

All in all I think he had a great birthday.  I hope God gives him many more years of healthy life.

My grandparents from Virginia came down to spend the weekend with us.

The 25th was Eli's birthday and the 26th was Mamaw's.  While they were here we went bowling! (I love to bowl.)

I did pretty well for it being my only second time to go in many years.

After bowling we went out to eat and then went home and gave Mamaw some presents.
My mom made Mamaw a Cream Puff dessert for her birthday.  Yum!  I'm so proud of my mom and dad for all they did for Mamaw's birthday.

This weekend was great.  We were able to celebrate two birthdays and spend time with family.  God is so good to us and I'm so thankful!!

Blessed

My family is the best!  I love my family so much!  I love having a bunch of siblings.  It is great having brothers.  There is always someone to talk to, someone to play with, and someone to love.  We are never ever bored in my family.  There is always something going on!
I don't remember life before Ethan and Nicholas.  As long as I can remember I have had brothers.  We are all so close to one another.  We hardly ever fight. We all like the same things.  We all love to play the same sports.  When one of us is hurt we are all hurt, when one of us is happy, we are all happy.  I love my brothers!

Having a sister is great too!  She is so cute and funny.  She is always telling us how much she loves us and she always has something funny to say.  She loves for us to play with her and we love to play with her.  (which can kind of be distracting during school.)  She is also very smart.  While we are doing school she tries to do school too.  She writes all her letters and copies bible verses and even reads herself books she has memorized.
Soon I am going to have 2 sisters!  I can't wait!  I love babies.  My mom has less then 7 weeks to go.  Olivia is going to seem so old when the new baby comes.  She is going to be a big help.  She talks about the baby coming everyday.

God has really blessed me with a great family!  I have two wonderful parents and four great brothers and a cute sister and a sister on the way.  Thank you God!

Wonderful Weekend

Here's a little bit about our weekend...

On Friday, our friend Davis from Knoxville came down to spend the weekend with us.  He was able to get here in time to see Ethan's soccer game.  Ethan is playing for the Chattanooga Patriots.  When we got home from Ethan's game we had a pizza party and an X-box soccer tournament.  Ethan made a bracket for our tournament and we all picked teams. It was very exciting!

Saturday was my parents 17th wedding anniversary!  They went out to dinner while I watched the kids.
Don't they look so sweet together!!! My mom is especially "sweet", she has gestational diabetes.  (The baby will be here in 2 months!!!!!!)

Sunday at church we had a pot luck lunch, which we always have on the first Sunday of the month.  After we ate, we played a couple of games together which is tons of fun!  Later Sunday afternoon all of us guys went to a professional soccer game with Dad.  Chattanooga is a soccer city!!  Chattanooga has their own soccer club, and lots of people LOVE soccer here.  It was my first time to go to a Major League Soccer game and I loved it!  We got to the game early and  it paid off!  We were able to get front row seats. We were practically on the field!

The Columbus Crew played The New England Revolution.  The Revs won 2-1.(we were going for them)  It was a great game!
After the game, Davis had to go home.  We had a great time together!

I'm thankful to God for a spectacular weekend.  God has blessed us with parents who are committed to Him, committed to each other and committed to our family.  He has blessed us with a wonderful church family of like-minded believers.  He has given us many opportunities to do a lot of fun things in Chattanooga.  GOD IS SO GOOD TO US!

I will praise the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.

Last week we went bowling at a new bowling alley with some friends and we had loads of fun!  We didn't just bowl, we also got to play laser tag.  I hadn't played it in so long and forgot how fun it is.

Nic has been wanting to go fishing for so long, so my Dad decided we would get up early yesterday morning and go.  We played "hook -y" from school for the first half of the day!  Nic was so elated!  He loves to fish and he is good at it.

This picture (above)  was taken right before Eli dropped his fishing rod in the water and it sunk to the bottom!  SO SAD.

We didn't catch anything but the time we spent together was so great.  I love when just us MEN can get out and do something special!
